This Policy explains how Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited (Sole Proprietorship) ("we") handles personal data on LeadHub. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
1. Data we collect about you
Information you give us
- Account details: name, email address, mobile number, password, company name, city and state.
- Verification documents: where required, identity and business documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, GST certificate and bank details.
- Payment information: transaction records. Card and banking credentials are handled by our payment gateway and are never stored on our servers.
- Communications: messages you send us, including dispute threads and support enquiries.
Information we collect automatically
- IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited.
- Login times and actions taken in your account, which we retain as an audit record.
2. Data uploaded by Lead Providers
Lead Providers upload business contact details of third parties. For that data, the Lead Provider is the entity that decided to collect and share it, and is responsible for having a lawful basis to do so. We act as an intermediary hosting and transmitting that data.
If you believe your contact details have been listed on this Platform without a lawful basis, contact our Grievance Officer using the details below. We will investigate, and where the complaint is upheld we will remove the listing and take action against the Lead Provider.
3. Why we use your data
- To create and operate your account, and to verify your identity.
- To process payments, earnings and withdrawals.
- To display Leads and reveal contact details you have paid for.
- To investigate reports, disputes and suspected fraud.
- To send transactional notifications about your account and money.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal account data. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.
4. Who we share data with
- Payment gateway: to process top-ups and payouts.
- Email and messaging providers: to deliver notifications you have asked for.
- Hosting provider: which stores data on our behalf.
- Authorities: where we are legally required to disclose, or to establish or defend legal claims.
When you purchase a Lead, the contact details in that Lead become visible to you. Your own name is not disclosed to the contact by us.
5. How we protect data
- Verification documents are stored on private storage that is not reachable from the web, and are served only after an ownership check.
- Sensitive identifiers such as Aadhaar, PAN and bank account numbers are encrypted at rest and displayed masked.
- Passwords are stored hashed and are never recoverable in plain text.
- Every significant action is written to an append-only audit log.
- Access to production data is limited to staff who need it.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
6. How long we keep data
Account and transaction records are retained for 3 years after your account closes, or longer where tax, accounting or legal obligations require it. Financial ledger entries are retained permanently, because they must reconcile. Verification documents are deleted when they are no longer needed for the purpose collected.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy.
- Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to erase data we no longer need.
- Withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
- Complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
To exercise any of these, write to our Grievance Officer. We respond within 30 days. Some data cannot be erased while a legal or financial obligation attaches to it, and we will tell you if that applies.
8. Consent
When you register we record which version of these policies you accepted, along with the date, time and IP address. If we publish a materially updated version, we will ask you to accept it again.
9. Children
The Platform is for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
