1. Data you may list
You may only list business contact information that you obtained lawfully and have the right to share. Before listing, you must be able to answer honestly: where did this come from, and did the person agree to be contacted by other businesses?
2. Data you may not list
- Contact data scraped from a website in breach of its terms of use.
- Data taken from a former or current employer, client or partner without permission.
- Data bought from a source that cannot show a lawful basis.
- Personal contact details of individuals acting in a personal, non-business capacity.
- Any data about a person under 18.
- Sensitive personal data, including health, financial, biometric, caste, religious or political information.
- Fabricated, guessed or auto-generated contact details.
- Contact details of people who have asked not to be contacted.
3. How purchased Leads may be used
You may contact the person about your own products or services, once, and follow up reasonably if they engage. You must identify yourself and your business honestly.
4. How purchased Leads may not be used
- Reselling, sharing, publishing or re-listing the data anywhere, including back onto this Platform.
- Adding the data to a marketing list that you sell or share.
- Repeated contact after the person has asked you to stop.
- Any communication that is abusive, threatening, deceptive or fraudulent.
- Impersonating another business, or misrepresenting where you got their details.
- Sending communications that breach telemarketing, messaging or spam regulations.
5. Platform conduct
- Do not create multiple accounts to evade limits, reviews or suspensions.
- Do not report Leads you know are valid in order to obtain refunds.
- Do not attempt to move a transaction off the Platform to avoid fees.
- Do not probe, scan or attempt to breach Platform security.
- Do not scrape or bulk-extract listings.
6. Reporting a breach
If you see something on the Platform that breaches this Policy, report it from within your account, or write to info@dreambspl.com. We investigate every report.
7. Enforcement
Depending on severity we may issue a warning, remove listings, reverse earnings, restrict features, suspend the account, or terminate it and report the matter to the authorities. We do not owe a refund of fees where an account is terminated for breach.
