This Policy explains how LeadHub uses cookies and similar storage on your device.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember things between page loads, such as the fact that you are signed in.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These cannot be switched off, because the Platform cannot work without them.
- Session cookie: keeps you signed in as you move between pages.
- CSRF token: protects forms from being submitted by another site on your behalf.
Preference storage
We store a small amount of data in your browser to remember choices you have made:
- Your light or dark theme choice.
- Whether you dismissed the app install prompt, so we do not show it repeatedly.
- Whether you responded to the cookie banner.
Analytics
Where analytics is enabled, we use it to understand which pages are used and where people encounter difficulty. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
3. What we do not do
We do not use advertising cookies. We do not sell data collected through cookies. We do not build advertising profiles about you.
4. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting existing ones and blocking new ones. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
